Section 5-6: Client’s Consent and Declaration

Note: Your Client has to sign the declaration stating that everything you have submitted is true, correct and complete.

To make the declaration, the applicant (your client) must log in through client’s account using the following link:

Note: The client account is set up by your representative.

The applicant should through all the application materials on the Portal and confirm the information provided are all accurate.

Section 5-7: Representative’s Declaration and Application’s Final Submission

For your reference, the processing time is vary based on:

• Type of application submitted;
• Volume of applications received;
• How easily we can verify information;
• How well and how quickly you respond to any requests or concerns;
• Whether the application is complete.

Many more people want to immigrate to Canada than the Government of Canada can bring in each year under our annual immigration plan. Applications received after the maximum has been met may have to wait longer to be processed.
