On March 31, 2021, IRCC launched an online permanent residence application portal enabling applicants who apply for select economic/refugee/other permanent resident programs to submit their applications online.

1. The first step is to “Create an account” with your own email address.

2. After you login, you will see this page:

3. When you press “Start new application”, the application page will show up. You need to select program from the following list:

Economic:

  4. Atlantic Intermediate Skilled Program

  6. Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
