• Document Checklist [IMM 5583]
• Application to Change Conditions, Extend my Stay or Remain in Canada as a Worker [IMM 5710] 
• Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union [IMM 5409]
• Use of a Representative [IMM 5476]

Use this application if you are already in Canada and you want to apply for a work permit in one of the following programs:

• co-op work program or
• post-graduation work permit program  (CDN$100.00 Open Work Permit Holder fee in addition to the CDN$155.00 work permit processing fee.)

It is important to apply for the permit before your current status expires.
