After you’ve completed the above steps, the client will need to log into the client-facing portal to review and electronically sign their application. They won’t be able to make any changes to the application itself.
They’ll need to read and sign the consent and declaration page and the IMM 5669 web form, where their electronic (typed) signature is required. Once they’ve electronically signed their application, you’ll also provide your declaration by checking off the declaration box.
You need to include all mandatory forms and documents in order to submit the application.
Once you’ve completed the signatures, declarations, and validations, the “submit” button will turn blue so you can submit the application.
If your client’s temporary one-time password is lost or expired (and they don’t already have a portal account), you can send them a new temporary password so they can log into the portal for the first time.
To do this, click the “resend temporary password” button under the Client Information section of the application details page, and a new password will be sent to them by email.
