Notice on New Adjustments for Chinese Visa Applications (2022/06/20)

2. Color photocopy of Certification showing the relationship of family members between applicant and the inviting individual (e.g. marriage certificate, birth certificate, certification of kinship or notarized certification of kinship)

3. A photocopy of the passport of the inviting individual and valid residence permit, work permit card or Z-visa Q1-Visa Issued to those who are family members of Chinese citizens or foreigners with Chinese permanent residence permit and intend to go to China for family visit or reunion.

*“family members” refers to spouses, parents,  parents-in-law, children, spouses of children, siblings, grandparents and grandchildren. 1. A signed invitation letter (Please download from our website) signed by a Chinese citizen or a foreign citizen with a Chinese permanent residence permit who lives in China

2. Proof of the inviting individual’s Chinese identity (e.g. photocopy of the front and back sides of a Chinese ID card), or foreigner’s passport information page plus the Chinese permanent residence permit

*Spouses and children under the age of 18 submit proof of relationship(e.g. marriage certification, birth certificate) to apply for an S2 visa X1-visa Issued to those who intend to study in China 1. Original and photocopy of “Visa Application for study in China” (Form JW201 or Form JW202) issued by Chinese relevant authorities

2. Original and photocopy of Admission Notice or Confirmation Letter issued by a school or other entities in China
