VIE Pre-Arrival Information

Reminders for the 2023/2024 School Year:

2nd Semester Reminder (February 2024):

  • For New students arriving for Orientation (January 29-30, 2024) should arrive no earlier than January 27, 2024.
  • For students finishing their program January 2024:
    • Departure is January 27, 2024 at the latest.
    • Students will write Assessments and Exams between January 23-26, 2024.

June Departure:

  • Students must leave by June 30, 2024.
  • Full Year Students will write Assessments and Exams between June 24-26, 2024.
