Dear XXX(BC PNP Entrepreneur Program Applicant):

We are pleased to inform you that you are invited to submit an application to the Entrepreneur Immigration stream of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP).

This invitation to apply will expire at nn:00:00 AM (PT) on [Date]. You must submit your application before the deadline. *Note: Deadline time recently updated.*

Applications must be submitted electronically to the BC PNP Online system. All supporting documents must be saved in Adobe PDF format (less than 3MB in size) and be uploaded to the Attachments tab of your online application. You can access the BC PNP Online system by logging in to your profile and selecting the “Continue” button on your dashboard. Should you experience technical difficulties, please contact our office immediately at en.imm@gov.bc.ca.

Please review the Application Instructions prior to submitting your application. The Application Instructions are found in BC PNP Entrepreneur Immigration – Application Guide.

As part of your application, you must engage a BC PNP-authorized accounting firm to complete a review of your claimed personal net worth and accumulation of funds (including your spouse and dependent children, if applicable). Please select and contact the qualified supplier using the emails provided below.

  • Grant Thornton: BCPNPGrant-Thornton@ca.gt.com
  • KPMG CIC: verification@kpmg.ca
  • MNP: BCPNP@mnp.ca

You are responsible for all costs associated with this review and you must provide the qualified supplier with supporting documentation to complete the review. The qualified supplier you select must complete the review and submit the report to the BC PNP, and provide a copy to you, within 60 days of you entering into a contract. You must also include a copy of the report with your application. You are encouraged to engage a supplier and submit full supporting documentation to your supplier as soon as possible, in order to meet these timelines. All assets and liabilities must be identified and substantiated with documentation. Failure to fully disclose and substantiate your personal net worth and accumulation, including your spouse’s and dependent children’s, may result in the refusal of your application.

Please note that you may only have one active application or registration under the BC PNP streams. If you have an existing application or registration, you are required to withdraw that application or registration.

You are advised not to make investments in your proposed British Columbia business prior to BC PNP approval of your application and issuance of a work permit by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

An invitation to submit an application does not guarantee your application will be approved. Submitting an application to the BC PNP does not entitle you to legal status in Canada. You must ensure that you and your dependants have legal status at all times while in Canada.

This notification is electronically generated and does not require a signature.
